: Surfing

Kuta is the number 1 surf spot to learn to surf in Bali as it is one of few beach breaks the island has to offer. Beach breaks, meaning the floor is soft from sand, enables one to risk more and not have to worry about hitting, or more so not hitting, cement like plateaus found at reef breaks at other spots around Bali. Soft, mellow waves break far out from the shore, creating thick foamies that are perfect for giving time to try stand up and get a good length of ride.
: Swimming Beach

Besides surfing in Kuta, The beach itself also one of the most famous Indonesia beaches. If for whatever reason you can only visit one beach on your visit to Bali, make sure it's this one! This beach is often crowded with locals and tourists alike, but that only contributes to its incredibly fun atmosphere. The Kuta beach also as a great location for inexperienced swimmers for fun. Stay until early evening to watch one of Kuta's famous red sunsets, then start hopping between the beach's many bars and clubs for some delicious cocktails and great music.

Kuta Beach

The perfect place for having holiday to surf, swim, and enjoy the local Balinese food along the kuta beach. You may go to Kuta Beach by order the online transportation (it’s a 5 – 10 minutes from Natya Hotel Kuta) or do fun a walk to Kuta Beach (it’s a 15 – 20 minutes from Natya Hotel Kuta)

Sunbath at Legian Beach

Legian Beach is located a little way along from Kuta Beach and actually you can walk from one to the other. The main reason to come to Legian Beach is down to the fact that it is less crowded and the sand here is a little cleaner.

Waterbom Bali

Waterbom Bali is the best 1st waterpark in Asia by TripAdvisor, and Waterbom Bali is one of Kuta’s oldest institutions and is not to be missed, especially if you are travelling with children. This is one of the largest water parks in Bali and you will find a huge number of rides here such as the Boomerang and the Superbowl, and if you are feeling brave there are sheer drop slides such as the Climax. For younger children there are also children’s pools and some eateries where you can get snacks and light meals to keep you going throughout the day.

Various shops featuring fixed prices around Kuta offer an assortment of items ranging from boutique fashion pieces and department shopping mall/center such as Mall Bali Galleria, Discovery Shopping Mall, Beeachwalk, and many more This innovative lifestyle center offers many luxury brands in one strategic location.

The Bali Memorial

The Bali Memorial is one of the most moving visits in Kuta and is dedicated to all those who lost their lives in the Bali Bomb in 2002. The bomb attack on the Sari Nightclub killed 202 and injured another 209, many of them Indonesians who were working in the area and the names of the dead are inscribed on the wall of the Bali Memorial.

Kuta Art Market

Kuta Art Market is a small beachside bazaar-like complex where Bali souvenirs, arts and handicraft items are sold. The compact marketplace is easily located at the end of the Jalan Bakungsari one-way thoroughfare, adjacent to the Kuta Sidewalk and just before Jalan Kartika Plaza Street. Here, visitors who stroll along the street as well as from the sands of Kuta Beach will come across the market. The Kuta Art Market is surrounded by various beachside food stalls selling cold drinks and restaurants selling cuisines at various price ranges. Most of the restaurants are located across the Jalan Kartika Plaza, along the Kuta sidewalk, southward from the art market. Always try to have small Rupiah change on hand.
