Every single person was incredibly kind, respectful, friendly, and genuinely dedicated to doing their job in the best possible way. They always welcomed us with warm smiles and made us feel comfortable and valued every moment of our stay. One of the moments that touched us the most was when we were leaving — the staff came outside and stood in front of the hotel to personally say goodbye to us. That level of warmth and hospitality is something very rare and beautiful. The food was absolutely delicious, and the massage experience was honestly incredible — one of the best we’ve ever had. Everything about this place felt peaceful, relaxing, and sincere. We were genuinely sad to leave. If we ever come back again, we would definitely choose to stay here without hesitation.
